I like to bounce, and am not shingling enough these days so will place my new indoor trampoline, that arrived this afternoon beside my desk. It feels as bouncy as my outdoor 12 foot one, which didn’t fit beside my desk so good. And I love it, it has bungee cords instead of springs which is all around delightful. Bouncing makes me happy. It kajumbles and I need that perspective in my life.

Like I said on Facebook, “it might inspire me to build a house with trampolines built into hallways, and a trapeze over the stair well that I won’t use cause I will have a a climbing wall and fire pole and maybe a moat… disguised as a lap pool with a kindly crocodile… in awhile.” (Should I worry that I am quoting myself?)

And an elephant, cause I love them more than bouncing. My niece the one who say’s she isn’t a dumpling, knows how I love them so when she comes to visit, after she has done all her acrobatics and sometimes during, she paints elephants for me. Each is resplendent and uniquely adorned with tiaras and such not unlike the one I kept on the dash board of my red honda civic, just in case, till my dumpling niece, whom I adore even more , ever more and for always, inherited it recently.

And sometimes her elephants or mine as she gives them to me, can walk on water and sometimes they are purple. I collect them and someday in this play house I will create I will wall paper a whole room with them, and will I hope have a small herd in the yard. And lots of descendent dumplings around though we won’t be wasting energy on blood ties the beauty of being “childless” is that I love them each. And this place will be safe with lots of places to bounce and be wild, good trees to climb without an attena in site and I will see only stars at night.

I have friends who live in these places and I am in the city. I choose to be cause it’s near my dumplings and work, there’s that which is good. And it is. I am blessed to have good work and good people to work with and to know that as we feel in Germany, work makes life sweet. It’s such a busy spring as soon as I find my camera I will show you what we’re up to.

And I hear that the nuclear plant in Japan actually did melt down and feel so sad for all the people there and here, cause there’s no hiding from it, like my dear Buzzy says, “there aint no away”

and still they try to sell us on it being clean energy, it’s unconscionable and bewildering.

Elephants know better so it’s nice to dream of a home they might share with me if I behave.
